How does shipping work?

 

We offer a flat rate of $5 shipping! Your Hello Happy Box ships around the 1st of each and typically arrives within 3-5 business days. We'll send you tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your student.

 

How do the different plans work?

 

There are 3 different plans.  Subscription boxes are automatically delivered every month.  With our Monthly Plan, it is the most expensive but you are able to cancel at anytime.  With our Semester Plan you are signing up for a whole semester and getting a better deal, but your are commited to finishing the semester before it can be canceled.  Same idea with our Yearly Plan, you are getting the best deal but if you cancel, the subscrition will end at the end of the school year (April).  Each plan will be charged each month for the next months box. 

 

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

 

If you have a monthly plan you can cancel at any time by canceling before the 10th of the month so you won't be charged for the next months box. For the semester plan you can cancel anytime and it will take effect at the end of the semester. The. yearly plan would be cancelled at the end of the school year (April).

 

Can do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?

 

We don't currently have dietary restriction boxes or allergy-free boxes at this time. We hope to have a gluten-free option soon. 

 

What if my student moves or changes their address?
 
No problem! You can update the shipping address anytime in your account dashboard.  Just make sure to update BEFORE the 10th of the month for the next shipment.

 

Can I send a personal message with the box?

 

Yes! At checkout make sure to add a message where it asks if this is a gift. Email us at anytime if you would like to send a message the other months and we will be happy to include it.
